Returns and Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase from Angling Outfitters simply ship it back to us within 10 days for a refund or store credit.*

We stand behind what we sell. If a product purchased from us online is defective within 10 days of purchase, we will ship you a new one at no additional expense as soon as we receive the defective item back from you.

*Customer responsibilities: Customers returning products are responsible for shipping the original product back to us including the cost. Returned products must include: original receipt, ALL original packaging and package contents and must be in New Saleable condition.

Some products may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or store credit only.

Return shipping instructions

Packaging
Pack all products inside a box with at least 2-3 inches of packing around the product for protection. Packing could be packing peanuts, bubble wrap or crumpled up newspaper.
